First discuss the year. Then celebrate together.
What have we achieved? What are our goals for next year? A year-end meeting deserves time for both: a focused look ahead and a pleasant shared conclusion.
The Christmas Seminar Package at Meilenstein Langenthal combines a seminar room, still and sparkling water, a coffee break and technical equipment as required with a drinks reception and a wintry 3-course menu. The promotional price is CHF 89.– instead of CHF 99.– per person. John Alonso and Stephanie Cavalera are available to help with planning.
At the end of the year there are often still important conversations to have. What have we achieved together? What should run differently next year? And when do we actually take the time to thank the team for their efforts? If everyone leaves straight after the last presentation, that is exactly what gets missed.
At the Meilenstein Langenthal this appointment can become a whole day together. The different rooms and experience areas give a year-end meeting a setting that stands apart from the office routine. If you want to form smaller groups for particular topics, you can request additional rooms for breakout sessions and then bring the results back to the whole team. This gives the work space, and afterwards the opportunity to come together.
