The Executive Lounge at the Meilenstein in Langenthal offers a deliberately private setting of around 63 m² for small meetings, breakout sessions, conversations and after-dinner formats. Lounge areas and a round table allow for different uses by small groups. In the new event concept, the Executive Lounge is primarily used as a complement to larger seminars and events.

When the large group needs to get smaller.
Not every part of an event needs a large room. The Executive Lounge provides a retreat for conversations, smaller working groups or a deliberately calmer finish. Within a larger seminar or event, this change can be valuable: out of the plenary, into a more personal setting.
An additional room when you need it.
The Executive Lounge covers 63 m² and can flexibly complement a larger event flow. During the day it serves as a small breakout or meeting room, in the evening as a private retreat or area for enjoyment. It accommodates up to 15 seated or 25 standing. The room rental is CHF 280.
A room for different moments of the day.
A quiet meeting in the morning, a breakout in the afternoon and an intimate conversation in the evening: the Executive Lounge adapts to the schedule without the group having to change location. It is particularly practical in combination with a larger plenary in the CAMPUS WORLD or a follow-up dinner.
Do you need a room for a smaller group?
Tell us the occasion, date, group size and the role you want the Executive Lounge to play in the day’s schedule. The events team will check whether the room works as a breakout, meeting room or addition to a seminar, dinner or celebration and which other elements at the location make sense.
